Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to join our team and contribute to providing best-in-class treatment programs for children with autism and other developmental needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan.
- Data Management: Record and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist is a plus.
- Previous childcare experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive and team-player attitude.
