Your Role
Prepare and deliver engaging theatre lessons, adapting for diverse learners
Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning space
Track and report student progress
Use approved curriculum that reflects students’ backgrounds
Communicate with families about student growth
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
You Are
Licensed to teach Theatre in Ohio
Bachelor’s degree holder in Education or related field
Comfortable with coaching and ongoing professional development
Skilled in classroom management and communication
Experienced working in urban school settings
Able to pass background checks
