Accel Automotive & Tire is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Store Manager who wants more than just a job — we’re looking for a leader who wants to help scale a growing company.
Since 2019, we’ve grown from a small 2-bay startup into a rapidly expanding 5-location automotive repair company by focusing on our people, our customers, and building strong operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the store
- Manage workflow, dispatching, and technician productivity
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
- Drive sales while maintaining honesty and transparency
- Coach and develop team members
- Maintain a positive, high-performance culture
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, efficiency, and operational performance
- Communicate effectively with leadership and staff
- Help scale systems and processes as the company continues to grow
