Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities:
As the Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for the general operations of the nutrition services department inclusive of:
- Departmental leadership, including compliance with company systems for hiring, training, scheduling, skill development, and disciplinary protocols for department employees.
- Meal production
- Regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Financial compliance per department budgets
- Clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines, using the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Customer Satisfaction
- Registered Dietitian with Oklahoma licensure
- Experience in long term care setting, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
