The bar is its own station but aligned with the same hospitality philosophy as the dining room: provide warm, confident, and attentive hospitality. They guide guests through our regional Italian menu with clear knowledge and genuine generosity—never scripted. Bartenders work closely with the floor staff, management, and support team to ensure a seamless and relaxed, yet refined, experience.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare cocktails, wine, coffee, and all beverages consistently and to spec.- Maintain knowledge of spirits, Italian aperitivi, digestivi, and wine regions.- Provide attentive, elevated service to bar guests while supporting server drink orders.- Manage bar prep: syrups, infusions, batching, garnish, inventory, organization.- Maintain a clean, efficient bar setup throughout service.- Communicate with servers/kitchen to keep pacing aligned.- Uphold accuracy in cash handling and POS operations.- Always serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with the law.
