Role Description
This is a full-time role, where traveling to sites is required. Our main office is located in Mineola, NY. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, including overseeing maintenance, handling tenant relations, coordinating leasing activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting property inspections, addressing tenant concerns, and managing client relationships.
