Company: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is a non-profit Tribal health organization designed to meet the unique health needs of Alaska Native and American Indian people living in Alaska.
Overview: The Senior Transactions Counsel serves as a key member of the Legal Department and provides strategic legal advice and transaction support across the organization.
Experience: Minimum 9 years of relevant legal experience in complex commercial transactions and/or healthcare law. Experience counseling health care organizations and negotiating and advising on a wide range of strategic and operational transactions including joint ventures, real estate, financing, and professional services is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $225-$250K.
