Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take the helm on diverse environmental projects, steering them from concept to completion with your experience and integrity.
- Client Engagement: Be the face of our firm, fostering strong relationships with clients and serving as their trusted advisor on all things environmental.
- Compliance Mastery: Navigate the complex landscape of environmental regulations in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring our projects stay on the right side of the law.
- Investigative Genius: Lead teams in conducting thorough environmental assessments, into soil, groundwater, and remediation strategies.
- Innovative Remediation: Develop and implement forward-thinking remediation plans, using the latest technologies to achieve optimal results.
- Team Empowerment: Inspire and mentor our project teams, empowering them to reach new heights of excellence in their work.
- Proposal Prowess: Collaborate on crafting compelling project proposals that showcase our expertise and win over potential clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology
- Licensed Geologist (L.G.) license in WA and OR is a must.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on Pacific Northwest projects.
- Expert knowledge of WA and OR environmental regulations.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for motivating and guiding project teams.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Autodesk, and Adobe applications.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed.
