Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conversational Flow Designer located in Columbia, MD, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. The Conversational Flow Designer will be responsible for creating and optimizing dialog flows for chatbots and virtual assistants. Day-to-day tasks include designing conversational interactions, analyzing user intents, conducting user research, writing and editing dialog scripts, and collaborating with the development team to implement and refine conversational experiences. The role also involves testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality user interactions.

Qualifications
- Experience in designing conversational interactions and user journey mapping
- Proficient in user research and analysis
- Strong writing and editing skills for dialog scripting
- Ability to troubleshoot and refine conversational experiences
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of chatbot frameworks and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Linguistics, Communication, or related field
