This is a full-time hybrid role located in Columbia, MD, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Conversational AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven conversational interfaces. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing conversational flows, training AI models, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
- Experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong knowledge of Conversation Design, Bot Development, and Dialogue Flow
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and relevant AI frameworks
- Understanding of Data Analysis, User Research, and UX Design principles
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field
- Experience with cloud platforms and agile methodologies is a plus
