Position Overview:
ACARI Engineering is seeking a hands-on Assembly Specialist to join our growing production team. This role focuses on assembling our proprietary mounting systems and may also involve general warehouse duties, including packaging, shipping, and inventory management. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect parts and finished goods for accuracy and quality
Prepare and package finished products for shipment
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support other production and warehouse activities as required
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Basic understanding of hand tools and light manufacturing processes
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Prior experience in assembly, production, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required)
