The HR Generalist assumes the responsibility of coordination of the human resource function in accordance with state, federal and local regulations. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Experience:
- Human resources: 3 years (Required)
- Payroll experience (Required)
- Timekeeping experience (Required)
- Recruitment experience a plus
- Onboarding experience (Required)
- HR in Healthcare experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
You will facilitate the hiring process to include recruitment, initial applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks, administering required examination, license verification and criminal history checks. Maintenance of personnel files according to regulations. Assist in the orientation process to include completion of required human resource documents, name tags and employee education of personnel policies. You will be compliant with all state and federal labor and personnel regulations.
