What You'll Do:
- Support system requirements development, documentation, and management
- Participate in system integration, testing, verification, and validation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on design and implementation
- Assist in troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous system improvements
- Contribute to design reviews and technical presentations
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of experience in systems engineering or related engineering field
- 2 years of experience in system integration, testing, and validation
- 2 years of experience working with system requirements and documentation tools
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with Fire Control Systems (FCS)
- Familiarity with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and modeling tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Interest in applying AI for innovation and continuous improvement
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- Work schedule: On-site with potential for 1–2 days remote per week
- Overtime may be required based on project needs
