Interested?Job Summary:The SMT Operator I is responsible for set-up, operation and maintenance of equipment in support of Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes and procedures for Mack Technologies Florida, Inc. Reports to the Operations Manager.Here's what you'll get:Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) OR 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM) Length: Temp to direct.Here's what you'd do:The SMT Operator I is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to support the client's Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes and procedures. Reports to the Operations Manager.Set up, operate, and maintain screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.Ensure the daily build plan is met in accordance with the production planner's requirements.Interface with complex machine hardware and software.Identify and report defective components.Control, document, and process non-conforming material.Perform minor machine adjustments as needed.Inspect own work to ensure accuracy and integrity of work performed.Participate in the development of new product introduction (NPI) by assisting in creating, debugging, and setting up programs; and train new operators to perform NPI as needed.Ensure product meets established workmanship standards.Follow written and verbal instructions and maintain data logs.Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area and the surrounding workspace.Responsible for the accuracy of work-in-process.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYAbout Acara SolutionsAcara is a premier recruiting and workforce solutions provider-we help companies compete for talent.
