Acara Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representatives in Tullahoma.
This is a remote work from home position. You must have internet and router for position.
All equipment devices will be provided to perform job duties.
Applicants must live within a 45 mile radius from Tullahoma TN.
Pay Rate: $14.00 Hourly
Shift: 11:00am-8:00pm
Multiple shifts available, you must be able to Work Weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming fare media phone calls from customers.
- Processes all faxes and emails inquires.
- Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Follows all established policies, procedures and written/verbal instructions.
- Ensures all assigned issues are updated and resolved as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years" experience in Customer Service/Call Center.
