Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Melbourne, FL.
Here's what you'd do:
- Repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations
- Mechanical and/or electronic assemblies and subassemblies of modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
- Follow diagrams, drawings, blueprint lines, and index points
- Design initial layouts
- Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, jigs, saws, and fixtures
- Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions
- Follow approved assembly procedures for component or aircraft structures, including FAA-approved internal procedures, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technical data, and work package instructions
- Perform serviceability tests as required/ use test equipment specified in technical manuals
- Complete work package documentation as required by FAA and/or repair station manual
- Submit completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in progress inspection and certification of airworthiness

Inspect completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off
- Ensure that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances

- Pay Range: $20-30/hour, depending on level of experience
- Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Length: Contract to Direct
