Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

💼 What You’ll Do
As a Program Manager, you’ll oversee Acara’s staffing program for one of our key clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact—ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading a team of contractors and support staff.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day program operations and client communication.
- Supervising and supporting onsite team members while fostering a positive work culture.
- Handling employee relations issues, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Partnering with clients to ensure program goals, KPIs, and service expectations are met.
- Leading performance reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvements.
- Providing first-line Vendor Management System (VMS) support (e.g., Fieldglass).
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and client relationships.
- Traveling up to 10–15% per quarter for client visits and team support.
🧩 What You Bring
- 3 years of HR, staffing, or program management experience managing a 20 million program
- 3 years of experience with familiarity with VMS tools such as Fieldglass is a plus.
