AMG Specialty Hospital -Zachary is offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus* for a Full Time Charge Nurse/Clinical Supervisor, (RN) with ICU, 2 years LTAC or Step-down experience for Night Shifts!
The Charge Nurse supervises the patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs. Communicate with Physicians/CCO/staff, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Responsible for fostering a positive milieu in the hospital. Keeps CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place facility at risk. Provides direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.

- $15,000- Sign-On Bonus is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse Licensure unencumbered.
- Acute care, med-surg, critical care or ICU experience is preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Detailed computer knowledge.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
