Job Summary
Acadiana LEDs is hiring dependable, hardworking installers to join our team. Our installers specialize in permanent exterior roofline lighting and landscape lighting for residential and commercial properties.
Most installations are completed within one to two days, and installers are paid weekly. This is a 1099 position.
Responsibilities
- Install permanent LED lighting systems on rooflines, soffits, and exterior surfaces
- Install and configure landscape lighting systems
- Measure, cut, mount, and secure lighting tracks and components
- Safely operate ladders and work at elevated heights
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Complete installations efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all company installation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to job sites
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically able to climb ladders, lift equipment, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to complete projects within a 1–2 day timeframe
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Professional appearance and attitude on customer properties
- Previous experience in construction, electrical work, roofing, low-voltage systems, or installations preferred but not required

Our busiest season runs from September through December, and we are looking to add the right person to our team. This position will start early September.
