The Security Programmer plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality technology solutions that support both customer operations and organizational objectives. This position is responsible for programming, configuring, and maintaining hardware, networks, software, and hosted portals for system installations and ongoing service. The role ensures seamless integration and optimal system performance through proactive collaboration, precise data management, and exceptional customer support.

- Program hardware, network systems, software, and hosted portals to support installation and service operations.
- Maintain accurate internal data related to system configurations, reporting, and customer notifications.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive and effective communication with new and existing clients.
- Explain procedures for traditional and video monitoring systems, including protocols, schedules, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to coordinate and oversee the completion of system installations and projects.
- Maintain organized documentation, including spreadsheets, records, processes, procedures, and system design specifications.
- Conduct system demonstrations, manage software access, and configure remote connectivity.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment and tools.
- Perform beta testing on new equipment to evaluate performance, identify capabilities, and develop implementation guides.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer installation issues and service requests.
- Provide comprehensive customer support for all ATS systems and services.
- Prepare and maintain all required administrative and operational reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be computer literate, CMD prompts, Network settings and some familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Etc
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of Network and IP configurations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
