Job Summary: Assist Security Techs with new security jobs/calls. *Employee must be available for a rotating on-call schedule that requires employee to immediately come to work to handle technical issues. JOB FUNCTIONS 1 Maintain and trouble shoot alarm equipment issues. 2 Assist Security Techs with install jobs/services calls. 3 Learn all aspects of security job. 4 Explain procedures related to customer's security system. 5 Diagnose and rectify customer issues with alarm equipment. 6 Maintains
