- The Marketing & Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's brand and presence through innovative content creation and effective management of all social media platforms. Positioned within the Human Resources Department, this position is Exempt.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels.
- Experience with content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for digital marketing success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute attendance at promotional events, trade shows, and industry conferences, including travel arrangements and material preparation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, and interactive graphics for use across various digital platforms.
- Oversee the production of live social media events, webinars, and other real-time engagements to enhance brand visibility and interaction.
- Work closely with graphic designers and external content creators to ensure that all visual and written materials meet brand guidelines and communicate the desired message.
- Conduct photo and video shoots to create compelling visual content tailored for different platforms, ensuring the portrayal of the company's products and services in an attractive and engaging manner.
- Participate in content planning and strategy meetings to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Research and implement new content distribution techniques and technologies to enhance reach and engagement on social platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms and mediums including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage all social media accounts of the company, ensuring consistent activity and engagement with the audience.
- Monitor social media and online trends to stay updated with the digital marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and to assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content strategies, generating detailed reports on key metrics to guide future initiatives.
