Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms.
- Ability to use and maintain cleaning equipment from vacuums and carpet cleaners to pressure washers and lawn mowers.
- Routine plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

- Valid drivers license
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to lift 30 to 50lbs as needed
