STATEMENT OF JOB
Responsible for providing individual cognitive/ behavioral psychotherapy to assigned clients and supportive services to their families. Work with clinical team on planning and implementation of programmatic and individual treatment plans and predicted outcomes.
Reports to: Executive Director
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Essential:
A. Comply with all Success Rehabilitation, Inc., policies and procedures as stated in company manuals.
- Be familiar with the mission of SRI and work towards assuring that this mission is integrated as part of all job efforts.
- Provide individual and group cognitive/behavioral psychotherapy to assigned clients and supportive services to the families implementing goal specific and measurable treatment plans
D. Participate in development, implementation, tracking and documentation of client goals and predicted outcomes with Clinical Team
E. Prepare and submit reports of client progress and status of goals per company policy and procedures
- Submit weekly progress notes, monthly and quarterly outcomes and all other documentation on a timely basis.
- Ensure clinical issues are communicated and discussed with client families as appropriate.
- Interface and review clinical caseload with Psychiatrist and other appropriate clinical team members.
- Communicate clinical and measurable behavioral outcomes for clients with clinical team and direct line staff.
- Submit weekly clinical schedule in advance.
K. Participate in staff development on TBI related topics and individual client goals.
- Maintain contact, attendance and participation with state/regional BIA as assigned.
.Provide therapeutic intervention for other therapists’ caseloads when other therapists are not available.
II. Non-essential
A. Attendance and participation at state and national Brain Injury Association and other organizations as assigned
B. Regular attend and participate in SRI committees and meetings as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Masters or Doctorate Degree
· Current and valid Pennsylvania license as clinical social worker or psychologist or LPC
· Experience providing individual and group therapy preferably with rehabilitation, residential or special populations
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a frequently changing environment
· Excellent verbal and written skills and proven ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
· Proficiency in use of applicable computer software.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Experience supervising clinical staff a plus
· Valid driver’s license
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
· Licensed as clinical psychologist, LCSW, LSW, or LPC
· Valid Driver’s License
