Meal Site Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in food service and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of site management run smoothly. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage inventory control and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily client activities for site consumers.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of site management.
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is a plus but not required.
