What You Will Work On Oversee daily operations for your assigned shift, ensuring smooth eCommerce fulfillment, supplies management, and service request workflows. Drive accuracy, quality, and productivity through consistent processes and strong team leadership. Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts that help the DC operate efficiently. Maintain operational standards by monitoring performance metrics and reinforcing safe, clean, and organized work environments. Lead process observations, address gaps, and collaborate across teams to keep service levels on track. Coach your team through changes, new initiatives, and cross-functional training that strengthens overall capability. Who You Will Work With You’ll partner with Team Leads, hourly team members, and fellow leaders across shifts to keep operations aligned and running smoothly. Your work also connects you with DC Operations, Merchant teams, and Store Operations to support accurate fulfillment and service delivery.
