Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Upsell products by demonstrating knowledge of features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight new arrivals and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Uphold store standards by keeping displays tidy and restocking merchandise as needed.
