Primary responsibilities include event set-up, tear-down, assisting with facility needs during all stadium events, completing work orders when items are found that need repair, and general stadium cleaning/upkeep
The District’s Facilities Team would support this position by bringing in crews to clean the stadium after events; to include cleaning ticket booths, press boxes, restrooms, etc.
Position is paid hourly to cover the stadium during the athletic season and only works on days that an event is scheduled. On days when no events are scheduled, the stadium manager does not report to work.
This position is TEMPORARY / SEASONAL and is paid at the district's minimum hourly rate for Groundskeeper. As of July 1, 2025, this is $21.11 per hour.

- Reports consistently for work as scheduled
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
- Reports two hours prior to any scheduled event (two and one-half hours prior to varsity football games) and stays until 30 minutes after event. Events are defined as scrimmages, contests, meets, or tournaments. Events do not include practices or rehearsals.
- Opens and unlocks locker rooms, entrances and press box
- Puts out signage when needed for stadium events
- Turns on score board and stadium lights for events
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information in various software systems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, staff, students, parents, and/or the general public
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to manage simultaneous demands
- Ability to operate and care for mechanized equipment
