Sign-On Bonus:
- $1,500 paid after 6 months of successful employment.
- $2,500 paid after 18 months of successful employment.
Academy Programs is dedicated to providing accountable, effective, and family-centered treatment to at-risk youth. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Therapist to play a vital role in the development and delivery of trauma-informed care within our residential facility.
SALARY:
$55,000.00 for unlicensed
$60,000.00 with license
$65,000.00 with LICSW and LPC licenses
Qualifications:
· Master's (Required) in Social Work or Counseling
· The possession of a current license or be license-eligible is preferable.
· Prefers one year of post graduate experience in the provision of treatment services and clinical development
· Must have a valid WV Driver’s License
· Must be 21 years of age
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Summary:
Therapist is responsible for clinical direction of the youth and preforms a vital role in the delivery, development, and integration of treatment services at Academy Programs.
Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy services to youth in need during their stay at Academy Programs.
Therapist provides trauma informed care and therapy services to youth in need during their say with Academy Programs. Also, coordinates support groups for family members of youth.
Therapist works closely and coordinates with the psychologist to schedule and assist in administering and scoring a large number of individual test and batteries of tests based on referral from the treatment team.
Therapist assures appropriate discharge planning and post program success.
