Humanizing Medicine is hiring an NP or PA to join our integrative oncology practice in Decatur, Georgia.
We are an anthroposophic integrative clinic focused on giving cancer patients more options in their healing journey. Our core modalities include Viscum album therapy (Helixor and abnobaVISCUM — subcutaneous, IV, and other routes of administration), high-dose IV vitamin C, nutritional infusions, botanicals, and repurposed medications targeting the hallmarks of cancer.
We operate as a direct primary care practice, which means small panels, long visits, and real relationships with patients.
Dr. Mark Hancock, our lead physician, coauthored a book on mistletoe therapy and is lead faculty in PAAM’s national mistletoe certification program for physicians.
The Role
This position begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time as your panel grows. You will carry your own panel of oncology and primary care patients, develop integrative treatment plans in collaboration with Dr. Hancock, and become part of a team that runs on sociocratic governance — every voice matters here.
Practicing from an anthroposophic medical perspective is central to this role. If you are not yet trained, we will fully support your education and eventual certification through PAAM.
What We’re Looking For
Active Georgia NP or PA license (or willingness to obtain)
Genuine interest in anthroposophic and integrative approaches to cancer care
Willingness to learn Viscum album therapy, IV protocols, and repurposed medication strategies.
Warm, empathetic presence — our patients are navigating serious diagnoses
Prior oncology or integrative experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits
$55.53/hour base pay
$5/month per patient on your panel (expected panel of 100–150 patients, adding $500–$750/month)
Quarterly profit sharing (typically $500–$1,500/quarter)
