We are recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Physician with a foundation in Family Medicine,
Internal Medicine, or Sports Medicine who is ready to practice at the intersection of cutting-edge
functional medicine diagnostics, evidence-based integrative therapeutics, and deeply compassionate
patient care.

Fellowship Opportunity — IMPOE
AIM for Wellbeing is an affiliated training site for the IMPOE fellowship program. We actively welcome
physicians who have completed the IMPOE fellowship or who are interested in completing a functional
and integrative medicine fellowship during or after joining our team.

What You Will Do
Clinical Excellence
- Comprehensive functional medicine evaluations using advanced diagnostics — micronutrient testing, GI mapping,
- Individualized, root-cause-driven treatment plans integrating nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle medicine, and integrative therapeutics
- Management of complex chronic and functional health conditions with clinical
- True collaboration with the full integrative team — chiropractors, dietitians, acupuncturists, health coaches, and energy practitioners
- Monthly interdisciplinary educational sessions and a culture of continuous clinical learning
- Clinical oversight of AIM’s signature programs — Maya’s Way, Executive Wellness, and Get Well
- Teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, and IMPOE fellowship candidates
- Participation in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
- Community wellness programming and corporate wellness partnerships
- Clinical input on AIM Lifestyle Store supplement protocols and quarterly provider reviews
The ideal candidate is more than a skilled clinician — they are a whole-person practitioner who sees the

Required
✓ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible — Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, or related specialty
✓ Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for Ohio licensure
✓ Genuine passion for functional and integrative medicine
✓ Commitment to exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
✓ Collaborative spirit and strong team orientation
Preferred / Strongly Valued
✓ IMPOE fellowship completion or active enrollment
✓ IFM Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) or active candidacy
✓ Training in advanced functional diagnostics
✓ Experience with Cerbo EMR or integrative practice systems
✓ Interest in teaching, mentoring, and clinical research
✓ Familiarity with pharmaceutical-grade nutraceutical protocols
