Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate educational activities focused on childhood development, literacy, math, and social-emotional skills

- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety through attentive child supervision and childcare practices
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with educational compliance
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and needs to foster strong home-school connections
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings or classroom experience in preschool or similar environments
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom behavior management techniques
- Strong communication skills for effective parent communication and team collaboration
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude in a dynamic classroom setting
- Certification in first aid and CPR required or willingness to obtain upon hire
