We are looking for exceptional people to join our Academy of Dance Arts Team of enthusiastic, vibrant, knowledgeable instructors to create an exciting, balanced classroom. 

In This Role, You Will 

Inspire children of all ages by teaching dance classes in a variety of styles. 

Follow progressive lesson plans to deliver an impeccable dance education. 

Facilitate special events in the classroom and choreograph routines for recitals. 

Attend and engage in quarterly meetings and continuing education. 

Communicate consistently on our Staff Communication.

All classroom material costs are covered by Academy of Dance Arts. 

Support from a dedicated Office Team. 

Instructors are employees, not independent contractors. Payroll is biweekly and direct deposited.

The Essentials 

The ability to teach dance and manage a classroom. 

Hours of Work: Weeknights and/or Saturday Mornings. 

We are currently seeking an instructor for our Spring Mini-Mester (April–May) as well as instructors for our Summer Session (June–July 2026). These short-term positions offer the potential to transition into year-round employment opportunities.
