- Manage classroom responsibilities effectively, including behavior management, lesson planning, and assessment of student progress.

Experience
- Proven teaching experience is a plus with PreK through middle schoolsettings, preferably within private or Montessori schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in physical education instruction combined with knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and those with special education needs.
- Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management strategies, and instructional modifications for varied learning styles.
- Familiarity with standardized testing protocols related to health education or physical fitness assessments.
- Background in sports coaching or athletic training enhances the ability to motivate students through extracurricular activities.
