Vehicle Product Specialist
Academy Ford in Laurel, MD is seeking an experienced Vehicle Product Specialist. We are seeking candidates who are motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic! We are excited to be part of this great team, and we want you to share that excitement with our valued customers.
As a Vehicle Product Specialist you will:
- Communicate with customers in person and on the phone
- Meet and Greet the customer. Extend a warm welcome to Academy Ford.
- Meet with customers to determine and understand their needs
- Be outgoing and able to establish a comfortable rapport with customers
- Assist them in the selection of their new vehicle
- Product Specialist will show the product of interest to the customer. He/she will accompany on test drive and show all benefits of the vehicle.
- Qualify customer to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle
- Build lasting relationships with our customer.
- Primary responsibility is to show and demonstrate products and benefits.
Required Experience:
- Prior customer service experience
- Dependable, friendly, enthusiastic
- Ambitious and organized
- Solid work history
- Strong communication skills
- Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking a PLUS!!
