Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Teacher located in Philadelphia, PA. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning environment for young children. Daily tasks include creating educational activities, guiding children in their learning journeys, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and maintaining regular communication with parents and caregivers. Collaboration with other staff members and participation in training sessions to further enhance teaching skills are also essential.
