Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to help streamline operations and support customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable engaging with customers across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications.
- Maintain organized client records, contracts, and payment tracking.
- Support lead generation by responding to inquiries from Thumbtack, website forms, and local marketing efforts.
- Assist with customer outreach and follow-ups to secure new bookings.
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including social media and email.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across training, daycare, grooming, and boarding.
Qualifications
- Passion for animals and the pet care industry.
- 2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations a plus.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT.
