Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to help streamline operations and support customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable engaging with customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Maintain organized client records, contracts, and payment tracking.
  • Support lead generation by responding to inquiries from Thumbtack, website forms, and local marketing efforts.
  • Assist with customer outreach and follow-ups to secure new bookings.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including social media and email.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across training, daycare, grooming, and boarding.

Qualifications

  • Passion for animals and the pet care industry.
  • 2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations a plus.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
