We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, texts and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Perform light administrative duties (accepting packages and filling contents away, data entry, mail distribution, etc.)
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
