Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our educators in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Duties
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Support students with disabilities, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and accommodations.
- Help maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning, encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual performance and areas needing improvement.
- Collaborate with educators to develop strategies that promote literacy education among preschool and primary school students.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to working with diverse learners.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably within special education environments.
