Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager. This position is based in Jersey City, NJ. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensure adherence to construction safety guidelines, manage project budgets, and supervise project teams. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves monitoring compliance with regulations and implementing effective project control measures.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety standards and practices.
- Experience in Project Control and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
