Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker based in Columbia, MO. The Personal Banker will assist customers with managing their financial needs, including opening new accounts, handling deposits, and providing advice on banking products and services. They will deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, they will identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services that meet clients' goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Banking and the ability to open and manage New Accounts
- Experience in handling Deposits and other financial transactions
- Strong background in Finance, including knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to establish and foster client relationships
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing transactions and client information
- Previous banking or financial industry experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
