What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-service minded
- Willing to learn and grow as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
- A passion for coffee, community, or both!
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and tea beverages consistently and with care
- Provide outstanding hospitality and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the team by restocking, prepping, and cleaning as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas for improving operations
- Foster positive energy throughout each shift
Scheduling
We are hiring for part-time roles and specifically need to fill Sunday-Thursday shifts. We aim to create a schedule that supports work-life balance while meeting the needs of our café.
