Lead Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT)

We provide services in clinic, in schools, in homes and/or community settings.We are seeking a committed and compassionate Lead Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.Free BCBA supervised field work to include training and experience to obtain restricted and unrestricted fieldwork activitiesFlexible schedule where hours can be consolidated to minimize working daysBenefits package - health plan for medical coverage, vision and dentalRetirement package with Company matchSummary/objective: The Lead RBT is responsible for providing intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development. The individual provides direct services to the children and families, as well as accurate record keeping of case notes and excellent communication with the Supervisor about the program and the progress of the treatment plans. Competitive compensation up to based on experience.Essential functions:Implement treatment plans as designed and trained by the supervising BCBAProvide direct therapy in individual and group sessions.Complete weekly program writing and maintain client's program book.Implements individualized treatment plan as written and directed by the BCBA.Collects accurate data and graphs data as instructed.Assist with assessmentsMaintains dignity and confidentiality for all clients.Maintains and protects the wellbeing of all clients.Completes and returns session notes and other paperwork on time and manages client PHI in accordance with HIPAA.Must have high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative when encountering problem solving situationsBased on experience and qualifications, your assignment may entail working in schools, homes, and other community locations with children implementing established goals and following treatment protocolsParticipate in ongoing professional development opportunities and staff meetings as requiredJob requirements and physical demands:Qualifications: High School diploma, preferably with Bachelors degree required or higher (in psychology, education, social work, or related field)A minimum of one years experience working with children with special needsRBT CertificationAbility to stand and circulate for extended periods of time.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Possession of a valid drivers license and the ability to meet States driving requirements.Dependable means of transportation to travelMust pass a criminal history background checkAbility to offer bilingual services (Spanish or Portuguese)Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
