We’re a growing, progressive custom tool and machine shop specializing in Custom Automation Equipment, Gages, Fixtures, and short-run production. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist who can program, set up, and run CNC mills in our new manufacturing area. CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC Mills
- Read, understand, and interpret mechanical drawings
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to GD&T quality standards
- Work with close tolerances
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform shop math and apply knowledge of machine tools
- Support machine building (experience is a plus)
CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of CNC Programming/CNC Machinist experience
- MasterCam experience (a plus)
- Experience with Mazak or Haas machines (a plus)
- Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and G & M Code / conversational programming
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have your own tools
- 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
