Responsibilities:
- Oncall hospice visits after hours with an opportunity for daytime visits
- Provide accurate and timely documentation
- Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education
- Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse
- Other visit as needed based on your availability including routine and PRN, visits, discharges, Deaths, CC, etc.
- Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patientcentered care
- Active LVN license in the state of California
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of hospice experience; strong understanding of hospice philosophy and endoflife care
- Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields
- Experience as an oncall LVN runner preferred
Schedule:
- Afterhours coverage on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Nonbusiness hours availability required
- San Marcos and surrounding Area
Benefits:
