The LVN Home Health Nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate care, utilizing their nursing expertise, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing services in a home health setting.
Responsibilities:
- Performs patient care functions & skilled nursing to patients in their home;
- Coordinates care with registered nurses
- Provides accurate and timely documentation
- Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Currently licensed as an LVN in CA
- Valid CA Driver License
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Service Coverage Area: South and Central Orange County
Salary : $30 - $35
