Salary: Up to $110,000 annually (based on experience)

Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations during the evening shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting and guiding a dedicated nursing team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive team environment, while making a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily nursing operations
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed for optimal coverage
Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance; report findings to leadership
Participate in state surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections
Review and implement resident care plans, including discharge planning
Ensure accurate medication administration and timely completion of treatments
Provide direct nursing care and assessments as needed
Oversee new admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition
Collaborate with physicians during rounds when necessary
Address staff concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately
Assist in performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall facility operations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current, active RN license in New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care, subacute, or geriatric settings
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
