What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, engaging, and motivating group fitness classes.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for members of all fitness levels.
- Provide excellent coaching, cueing, and exercise modifications.
- Build relationships with members before, during, and after class.
- Arrive prepared and maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
- Collaborate with club leadership and fellow instructors to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Continue developing professionally through education and training opportunities.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate participants while creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Current nationally recognized group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, etc.) or format-specific certification where applicable.
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before teaching).
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required for all formats. We welcome passionate instructors who are eager to grow.
