- Provide patient care under direction of nursing supervisor
- Observe clients' physical, mental and emotional health and report any changes or concerns to nurse supervisor
- As needed, assist in meal preparation
- Assist in the transport of patients to medical appointments
- Provide companionship and basic care to clients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- 1-2 years previous experience in , patient care, or other related fields
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Current Massachusetts CNA license or HHA/PCA certificate
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation
