What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at AC1 Homecare?
AC1 Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team! We currently have part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance.
- Provide patient care under the direction of the nursing supervisor
- Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health
- Report any concerns promptly to the nursing supervisor
- Assist with meal preparation as needed
- Provide companionship and basic personal care
- Support clients with transportation to medical appointments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment
- 1–2 years of experience in caregiving, patient care, or a related field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor
- Current Massachusetts CNA license or HHA/PCA certificate
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
